Brianna Foley to Present Internship Practicum Seminar – “Use of Mock Microbial Community for Validation of Extraction and Amplification Techniques in 16S Microbial Community Profiling”

In partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Master of Science degree in the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, Brianna Foley will present a seminar entitled, “Use of Mock Microbial Community for Validation of Extraction and Amplification Techniques in 16S Microbial Community Profiling” on April 16, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. in CBH-230. The campus community is invited to attend. A private defense with the advisory committee will immediately follow the seminar.

Ms. Foley is a master’s candidate in Forensic Genetics, under the supervision of Michael Allen, Ph.D., Associate Professor.
