In order to comply with the Texas Education Code, all student organizations and student governments must submit budget requests to the Student Fee Advisory Committee for the 2018-2019 academic year.
You must submit your 2018-2019 budget request through the Budget Management System via your organization’s portal on OrgSync.

All submissions must be entered via OrgSync by 5:00pm on February 9, 2018. Instructions for completing the budget requests are included on the submission form on OrgSync as well.
Student groups may be asked to present their budgets to the Student Fee Advisory Committee to justify their budget. Student groups asked to present will be contacted by the Student Fee Advisory Committee via email.
Failure to submit a Student Service Fee Budget Request by the February 9, 2018 deadline may significantly affect the ability of the Student Fee Advisory Committee to award funding to a student group for the 2018-2019 academic year.
