Mediasite is UNTHSC’s new video hosting platform. In this session, faculty and staff will learn everything essential to know about how to use Mediasite to share videos with their students. Topics include: scheduling a lecture recording, uploading videos to Mediasite, embedding videos from Mediasite in Canvas pages, configuring settings for videos in Mediasite, and the processes we’ve undertaken to ensure that content you made available in Panopto will still be available in Mediasite. Lunch is served for registered attendees.
Objectives:
Faculty and staff attending this session will be able to:
• Record and upload videos into Mediasite
• Share videos in Canvas using Mediasite
• Request recording of a classroom lecture session
