This half-day of visits to various parts of the university gives you the opportunity to learn more about UNTHSC and see how your work supports the mission.
At each stop, leaders show-and-tell how their area supports the mission. Plus, you’ll meet new people and see the various ways we educate the providers of the future.

On Monday, Oct. 2, you can take a Team Tour and learn more about:
• Center for Human Identification — our DNA work helps identify human remains and return the missing to their families.
• School of Public Health — Mosquitoes and West Nile virus; marijuana legalization and the opioid epidemic; hookah and e-cigarette trends; and more.
• Lewis Library — The learning environment of the future; we provide up-to-the-minute information to health professionals in our own community and a large part of the U.S.; and more.
