This discussion will provide participants with an overview of how imposter syndrome presents at the individual level, and how it may impact personal and professional growth for those in academic medicine. Participants will explore how organizational culture and other social stereotypes may trigger their own feelings of being an imposter. At the conclusion of this session, participants will be equipped with tools to help them identify and overcome their own imposter syndrome, as well as be prepared to mentor others.
