Stress Management with EQ Concepts, April 26 10AM-11:30AM, IREB 270
In this session, a model of Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0) will be used to identify the role of emotional intelligence in the management of stress. Three specific components of emotional intelligence (stress tolerance, flexibility, and optimism) will be discussed and applied toward stress management.
If you have completed the EQ-i 2.0 (emotional intelligence assessment), you may wish to bring your results and apply them directly to the content. If you have not had an opportunity to complete the EQ-i 2.0 but are interested in learning more, please contact David Farmer – david.farmer@unthsc.edu.
Very Important: It is not required to have completed the EQ-i 2.0 assessment to participate and appreciate this session.
