The Office of Brand and Communication makes professional head shots on Heads Up Day, free of charge for UNTHSC team members who reserve a time in advance.
Heads Up Day usually occurs twice-monthly, but just one day in July and one day in August:
• Wednesday, July 3
• Wednesday, Aug. 7
Photos are made in our studio, LIB 110. No walk-ins are allowed on Heads Up Day, and no group photos will be taken.

Also on that link, you can request other photography. If the OBC cannot cover an event or handle a request, it will provide a list of freelance photographers who are approved HSC vendors.
