By popular demand, the Office of Brand and Communication now has two days in most months for professional photos to be made in our studio, LIB 110.
On Heads Up Day, formal head shots are taken free of charge for UNTHSC team members who reserve a time in advance. This is the only time appointments for free head shots will be accepted.
No walk-ins are allowed on Heads Up Day, and no group photos will be taken.

Also on that link, you can request other photography. If the OBC cannot cover an event or handle a request, it will provide a list of freelance photographers who are approved HSC vendors.
