To UNT Health Science Center Neighbors;
Beginning Friday, May 26, 2023 thru Thursday, June 1, 2023, prior to normal business hours (approximately 6am-8am), the University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) will partner with the Fort Worth Police Department (FWPD) to conduct training at the vacant office buildings located at 3416 Darcy Street. Residents and neighbors in the vicinity can expect to see an increase in police vehicles. FWPD will be conducting training which may include simulated police response. Those in the area may hear loud noises, as the officers will be conducting critical incident training, and some noise should be expected. There is no cause for alarm, and there is no danger to anyone in the vicinity. Safety personnel will be closely monitoring the training area and there is no cause for alarm due to the increased police activity.
