As we continue our journey toward becoming a Best Place for All, effective performance feedback is essential to continuous improvement and maximizing our individual and team success. This year, our annual performance evaluations will be conducted June 19-Aug. 2.
Yes, the cycle is opening earlier this year. UNTHSC leadership made a recent decision to move the performance evaluation cycle up one month to allow time for other important processes this summer related to the budget cycle and the strategic planning cycle.
Important dates:
• June 19: Evaluation tool opens to all so team members can begin their self-evaluations. Supervisors have discretion on setting the deadline for when self-evaluations are due—please be sure to give yourself enough time to meet with each of your team members, complete and submit all evaluations by the Aug. 2 deadline. • Aug. 2: All evaluations should be complete and submitted via the online evaluation tool.
