HSC Staff and HSC Staff Supervisors:
The December Performance Check-In has opened in PeopleAdmin and will be due by December 23rd. This is a time for supervisors of HSC staff to meet with their team members to discuss progress made on the OKRs established in September. Please use the progress notes feature to document if the assigned targets were met during this time period.
Supervisors – When you log into PeopleAdmin, you should see your team members listed in your action items. Please schedule time to meet with each of your staff direct reports before December 23rd. Once you have met with your team member to discuss progress and you have entered your notes, you will select the “complete” button to indicate the meeting took place.
If OKRs need to be updated, supervisors should reach out to the Compensation and Performance Management Team at HRComp@untsystem.edu for guidance.
