Here are key dates and times when students and others will be on campus; early voting set; student study areas designated

As we begin transitioning to a hybrid instruction model that pairs online instruction with some in-person instruction on campus, we want to make sure you know when higher numbers of students and others will be on campus:

• Peak Days for in-person learning: Sunday, June 21- Friday, June 26
o Anticipate approximately 250-500 people on campus each day for TCOM and Physical Therapy program activities
o Small groups of students will report to rooms on the EAD fifth floor and MET fourth and fifth floors at scheduled times (8 a.m.-5 p.m. predominantly)

• In addition, HSC will host early voting in the IREB Lobby, June 29-July 10. See times.

The student activities are focused on instruction that cannot be measured or achieved virtually. Intensive protocols will be implemented to ensure the safety of all faculty, staff and students. This will include additional screenings, physical distancing and cleaning procedures.

Quiet student study space—physically distanced—is now available in MET 124 and EAD 514, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays. Space is available on a first come-first served basis.

The Lewis Library will continue to offer services online.
