Graduates of the Management Development Program put their new skills to work

The Management Development Program (MDP) helps staff members network with peers in similar supervisory roles, collaborate with Human Resources in managing their teams, navigate conflict and empower their teams to problem-solve, recent graduates say.

MDP meets twice-monthly over eight months for two-hour sessions of discussion and activities. It’s capped with a graduation celebration. Its purpose is to develop the operational skills of managers and supervisors with direct reports.
