Nicki McGee, MPH, Ed.D. will discuss the characteristics of various generations in the workplace and in Higher Education while focusing on the unique background and experience of our newest graduate students from Generation Z. We will dive into the values that drive these students, their preferred learning strategies, and ways to better serve and educate this generation of learners. We will review the results of a poll sent to current UNTHSC students, and we will get to know one another better through exploring what matters most to each of us.
