Dear Faculty, Staff and Students,
Next week, you will begin to see emails asking you to participate in the Gallup Engagement Survey. The survey will arrive in your inbox on Oct. 3, and you can participate until Oct. 14.
As we strive to improve your everyday work and educational experiences, we will use the survey results as a snapshot in time to gauge what people feel about their everyday experiences and interactions with their peers, supervisors and the overall institution. This will help us focus on areas of improvement as we move forward in our system-wide journey toward becoming a “Best Place to Work.”
Your experiences matter to HSC’s success. We want you to feel a sense of belonging and have an opportunity to contribute, grow and learn. Above all else, we want you to feel heard.
I encourage you to take this survey and provide honest feedback so our institution can have an accurate picture of where we are now and where we need to be. We also hope that teams use the survey results as a basis for meaningful conversations about engagement.
If your team has done any action planning or made intentional strides based on taking last year’s Gallup Engagement Survey, we want to hear from you.
