Again this year, students, staff and faculty can get a flu shot free of charge. Just come to the EAD first-floor Atrium at one of these times:
- Thursday, Oct. 15: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Friday, Oct. 16: 12 noon to 2 p.m.
To expedite your flu vaccination, please print and sign this flu vaccine consent form and bring it with you.
