COVID-19 disinfecting – let us know when your office has been occupied

HSC Team:

The HSC Facilities Management team continues cleaning and disinfecting work spaces across the campus during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As we work to keep our HSC community safe, we need your assistance. We are asking that HSC team members please use the magnets that read: “This office was occupied.” This lets our custodial staff continue their critical work.

The magnets help our custodial staff in several ways:

  • They help minimize contact.
  • They allow us to know where and when to go in a space so we can take care of the trash and disinfect the area.
  • Currently, our plans are to continue using the magnets. Each time you use the magnets, you are helping us keep the campus safer.

Magnets are available in the HSC Welcome Back Bags. If your team has not received your bags, please contact with the number of team members and to schedule a time to pick yours up.
