Join us for a rest and reset as we prepare for the final approach to the upcoming finals.
In this interactive workshop, participants will delve into the dimensions of a healthy lifestyle, exploring various aspects such as physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. Through guided discussions, they will identify practical well-being strategies that can be seamlessly integrated into their daily routines both on and off campus. Furthermore, attendees will engage in mindfulness practices to foster self-awareness and resilience, culminating in creating personalized self-care toolkits tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Objectives:
