Soon we will have a new events calendar for those who want to view the major UNTHSC activities happening on a given day.
The calendar will open with a 30-day soft launch June 24 on Insite.
All are invited to view a demonstration:

The calendar automatically displays information for certain types of events entered into our EMS room scheduler program. Designated calendar “owners” will ensure events listed in the calendar are of widespread interest and that routine meetings are excluded. The calendar owners also can enter UNTHSC events of widespread interest that occur off-campus.
To help make sure the calendar automatically displays true events (rather than routine meetings), the Room Scheduling Office has edited the list of event types users may choose when requesting rooms for their events. Please see a comparison here.
The calendar will debut on unthsc.edu later this summer.
