Interprofessional Education and Practice Faculty Development: Certificates of Recognition and Distinction
Session Dates: Thursdays, Feb 21, March 21, April 25, May 23, June 6, 12 noon to 1:30 PM. Locations provided upon registration.
There are 2 options:
IPEP Certificate:
– Attend five 1.5-hour interactive sessions held at UNTHSC from 12:00 to 1:30 pm (lunch provided). Complete pre-work for each in-person session will include no more than 2 hours of preparation via online learning modules.
IPEP Distinction Overview:
Attend five 1.5-hour interactive sessions held at UNTHSC from 12:00 to 1:30 pm (lunch provided). Complete pre-work for each in-person session will include no more than 2 hours of preparation via online learning modules. In addition, distinguished faculty will:
– partner with at least one other faculty member from a different profession to design, develop, implement and assess outcomes of an approved interprofessional learning experience with students or trainees of two or more professions.
– Complete the IPEP PSA.
– Demonstrate additional scholarship by sharing the outcomes of their IPEP at professional conferences or through the publication of an educational research article.
