Intramural Sports & Wellness Challenges
The mission of Intramural Sports is to provide a recreational environment for the University community which is safe and enjoyable. While the game atmosphere is often competitive, ensuring participant safety, providing a fun, social atmosphere, and promoting sportsmanlike behavior among participants, spectators, and team followers are our primary concerns. The game atmosphere should remain good-natured at all times. Participants shall maintain good sportsmanship throughout their participation in all facets of the intramural program.
**Intramural Sports and Monthly Challenges are open to all students, NO MEMBERSHIP NEEDED!**
Ultimate Frisbee League
Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact disc sport played by two teams of seven players with the objective of scoring goals. Open to all students, faculty and staff!
Registration: February 11 – February 22
League Play Begins: February 26
All intramural participants will be required to create an account on IMLeagues.com.
***IMLeagues now has a mobile app (called IMLeagues) that can be downloaded for free from the App Store and Google Play Store! It can be used to signup and create/join teams!!!!!!
To create an IMLeagues account: **Note** IMLeagues offers a live support button in the bottom right corner of all pages, please use this button if you encounter any difficulties.
Go to www.imleagues.com and click SIGN UP
Go to www.imleagues.com and click “Log in with Facebook” if you have a facebook account with your school email attached – this will automatically create an account, fill in your info, and join you to the school (steps 2 – 4).
2. Enter your information, and use your School email if applicable (@my.unthsc.edu) and submit.
3. You will be sent an activation email, click the link in the email to login and activate your IMLeagues account.
4. You should be automatically joined to your school – If not you can search schools by clicking the “Schools” link
How to sign up for an intramural sport:
1. Log in to your IMLeagues.com account.
2. Click the “Get Involved” button at the top right of your User Homepage page
Click on the “UNT Health Science Center” link at the top to go to your school’s homepage on IMLeagues.
3. The current sports will be displayed, click on the sport you wish to join.
4. Choose the division you’d like to play in
5. You can join the sport one of three ways:
1. Create a team (For team captains)
a. Captains can invite members to their team by clicking “Team Options” and then “Invite Members” link on the team page. Any invited members must accept the invitation to be joined to your team.
i. If they’ve already registered on IMLeagues: search for their name, and invite them
ii. If they haven’t yet registered on IMLeagues: scroll down to the “Invite by Email Address” box, and input their email address.
2. Join a team
a. Find existing teams on the league page and click the “join team” button to send a request to join a team
b. Accepting a request from the captain to join his team
c. Finding the team and captain name on division/league page and requesting to join
d. Going to the captain’s playercard page, viewing his team, and requesting to join
3. Join as a Free Agent
a. You can list yourself as a free agent in as many divisions within a league as you’d like. You will be visible to all members of the site and can request to join teams, or post information about yourself so teams can request to add you to their team.

The Office of Wellness Services invites the entire UNTHSC campus community for a wellness challenge game of Bingo! Starting August 1st through August 31st, you’ll have a chance each day to complete one wellness challenge. When you have completed every challenge on the card, you can submit your card and your name will be entered in for a drawing. See below for FAQs or email firstname.lastname@example.org for questions!
Where do I get a Bingo card? Bingo cards will be available for download HERE on July 25th or pick one up at the FAC after July 25th.
Do I have to be a member of the fitness center to participate? No. Wellness challenges are for everyone within our campus community: Faculty, Staff and Students.
Can I complete more than one challenge in a day? The wellness challenge is designed for you to complete one challenge a day. However, some challenges may take up to a week to complete; therefore, you technically can be working on multiple challenges at a time. However, you can only mark off one a day.
When I’ve completed bingo card, where do I turn it in? After each square on your card is completed, you can scan and email a copy to email@example.com titled “Wellness Challenge” or hand deliver your completed card to the FAC at the front desk. Your name will be entered into a drawing to be held on Sep 3 @ 9am. The winner will be honored through our social media outlets and the Daily News.
