Team Lose It

If you have struggled with weight loss, regained weight that had been lost previously or just feel completely lost when it comes to reaching your weight loss goals, this program is for you. Team Lose It! is a program that will incorporate exercise, nutrition and accountability to ensure your weight loss success.

While this program demands a high level of commitment, you will be part of a fitness family that will make the commitment easy and fun. Many of our participants have seen continued weight loss after the end of the program and now participate in other wellness programs. We hope that you will make the decision to join our team and lose weight for good!

Team Lose It! requires an application and only participants with a BMI of 28+ will be considered at this time. The program will run from March 26 – May 18, 2018 for a total of 8 weeks. There will be two group training sessions each week for the duration of the program. Attendance is mandatory and exercise outside of the group workouts will be required for success.

Two informational Sessions will be held to provide more information, answer questions and address any concerns that individuals may have.

Applications are now being accepted. The application for TLI! can be found here and must be submitted by Friday, February 9 at 3:00pm. Notification of acceptance will be announced no later than Friday, February 23.
