Fee: $20 per person per month; Memberships available in increments of 3 months; A discounted rate of $200 for one year is available year-round.

How Fees are Paid: Cash, Credit Card or Payroll Deduction (UNTHSC employees only). If choosing payroll deduction, employee commits to at least 3 months of membership before termination can be accepted.

*All memberships are non-refundable upon commitment, and accounts are unable to be frozen
*One-time $10 ID badge fee (cash only) applies during initial membership sign-up as old UNTSHC student ID badges that are no longer valid after graduation, alumni and retirees.
Note: Individuals designated as holding a “volunteer” position on campus do not qualify for this membership rate and will fall under our Community Member category.
