The ITR Administrative Core is directed by the Executive Director, Sid O’Bryant, PhD. The Administrative Core is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of the ITR. The Administrative Core monitors the function of all projects and studies of the Institute. This includes financial and budgetary aspects of all projects including personnel issues, HR communications, on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, time & effort reporting, etc. The Administrative Core also manages pre- and post-award grant processing, tracking project progress, compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, effective communication within the Institute as well as the overall vision and goals of the Institute.
