Texas Education Code
Under the Texas Education Code (TEC), Section 51.253(c), HSC is required to post annually on the institution’s internet website a summary data report concerning the reports received by employees regarding alleged sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence or stalking against a student or employee of the institution. Additionally, this report includes data on reports of an employee’s failing to report or false reporting. No personally identifiable information is included in any summary reports.
