Summary for Poster

Use of multidisciplinary rounds (MDR) in the inpatient hospital setting has the potential to improve quality of care, rounding efficiency, as well as collaboration and communication among members of the care-team.

Lake Granbury Medical Center (LGMC) is seeking to implement an effective program that best improves these outcomes.  The curriculum seeks to implement and provide measurable outcomes in which to evaluate the effectiveness of the MDR.  The structure also allows for continuous feedback to the process and room for growth.
