CRC Instructions

Rotations can only be added to the CRC after you have received approval from site/preceptor

The Clinical Rotation Center (CRC) is the online system the Clinical Education office uses to add and update rotations on your 4th year schedule.  You will find the CRC by logging into my.hsc.unt.edu and following the instructions from the handouts below.

Each handout illustrates specific situations:

• Scheduling Core Geriatrics or ER Rotation
• Requesting a Rural Rotation
• Scheduling with a non-VSAS site
• Scheduling with a VSAS site
• Scheduling Vacation

NOTE: All Pediatric elective rotations should be coded as Pediatrics except:

• Radiology
• Surgery
• Pathology
• Anesthesiology
• Psychiatry
• Allergy
