Ralph C Walsh, Jr. (Clay), DO, Assistant Clinical Professor, joined the department in April 2011 as an outpatient clinical provider of OMM and Hospitalist at Plaza Medical Center.  He is the 3rd year OMM core rotation course director.  Dr. Walsh is a Texas A&M (’88) and TCOM (’92) graduate.  He is a member of the American Academy of Osteopathy and is the Chairman for the Osteopathic Diagnosis, Education and Treatment Committee. He participates in Year II OMM Labs as a table trainer, core Preceptor, and teaches residents in the OPTI as well as supervising an OMM curriculum and providing monthly lectures for Plaza MC Interns and Residents.  Dr. Walsh is also the student faculty advisor for the SAAO as well as an assistant faculty advisor to AMOPS.  Off campus, Dr. Walsh is currently a Chief Flight Surgeon in the Ohio Air National Guard and is active with the local Texas Air Guard unit.
