Russell Gamber
Russell Gamber is a Professor in the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.  He instructs in the first year OMM courses and is the course director for the OMM Core Clerkship for third year students.  He also mentors pre-doctoral fellows and OMM residents in research, teaching and the clinical setting.

Dr. Gamber holds a MPH from the School of Public Health at UNTHSC.  His scholastic and research interests include manipulative medicine applied to acute and chronic conditions in the adult population, public health and health policy.

Dr. Gamber serves on a number of committees at UNTHSC as well as serving the osteopathic profession at the state and national level.  He also serves as the Chair of the Medical School Admissions Committee for TCOM.

Dr. Gamber has been named “Top Doc” by Fort Worth Texas magazine, a Health Care Hero by Fort Worth Business Press.  He has been recognized by the American Osteopathic Association for his medical education contributions and awarded the JAOA “Best Article of the Year.”
