Our publication in the October 2018 issue of Texas Medicine describes the use of opioids and NSAIDs in PRECISION Pain Research Registry patients and their clinical status relating to pain intensity, back-related functioning, and quality of life. Our publication in the September 2018 issue of the Journal of Pain Research provides an overview of the PRECISION Pain Research Registry and our research on the pharmacogenetics of opioid prescribing for pain management. Access the PRECISION Pain Research Registry overview article, which may be freely viewed or downloaded from the journal Web site.

Our publication in the August 2018 issue of the Journal of Pain demonstrates the contributions of our ORC faculty in developing NIH’s Federal Pain Research Strategy.
