- For those D.O.s in transition, we provide support on applying to programs through ERAS. We also receive periodic information on available positions, which are listed below. Please submit a MIDUS request through ERAS to have your academic transcript or Medical Student Performance Evaluation, or MSPE (“Dean’s Letter”) uploaded.
