Students at the Resource Fair during Be|Well Week 2025.Be|Well Week 2025 brought students together through engaging activities centered on Discovery, Connection, and Belonging. From professional networking to creative self-reflection, the week fostered meaningful experiences that left a lasting impact.

The Connection Café encouraged students to build relationships over coffee, while the Resource Fair introduced them to valuable campus and community wellbeing services. TCOM student Shaquila reflected, “I really enjoyed the Resource Fair because I saw a lot of familiar faces at the booths, so it was good to chat with them for a bit.”

The Mindful Reset virtual event, presented by the College of Health Professions, Professor Cynthia Powell, and TCOM student Maggie Yip, offered valuable strategies for managing stress and improving sleep. Professor Powell shared expert insights on these topics, while Maggie led a rejuvenating three-part yoga series focused on mental health. Additionally, the Build Your Best Self workshop gave students the opportunity to creatively express their identities. Many participants shared how these events provided a welcome respite, with one student noting, “It’s great to step away from studying and the grind to learn more about HSC.”
