Support for Federal and State Compliance on Sponsored Projects


  • Assists in Interpreting Federal and State Agency Guidelines, including OMB Circulars¬† A-21, A-110, and A-133, Uniform Guidance (UG), and Uniform Grants Management Standards (UGMS)
  • Facilitates the Distribution and Certification of Effort Reports
  • Performs Risk Assessments and Designs Mitigation Plans for At-Risk Subrecipients under Federal awards
  • Reviews and Processes Subrecipient Invoices
  • Coordinates the Development and Reporting of Subcontracting Plans for Federal Contracts
  • Completes a variety of Federal and State reporting including Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) Reporting on Federal Subrecipients, Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) and Single Audit Reporting
  • Maintains Current SAM Registration Required for Doing Business with the Federal Government
  • Acts as OGCM Primary Liaison to Internal Audit and Institutional Compliance
  • Responds to Internal and External Audit Requests
