Statistical Genetics Genetic EpidemiologyStatistical genetics focuses on the development of statistical methods for understanding the genetic basis of human diseases and traits from genetic and genomic data sets. Genetic epidemiology studies how genetic factors contribute to health and disease and how genes interplay with environmental factors.
