Edna P. Mendoza

My primary research interest is in the field of disaster epidemiology. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, I am interested in assessing short- and long-term adverse health effects of geologic disasters, particularly landslides, and how this translates to actionable information that can be used by policymakers and influence disaster preparedness and response capacities at various levels of government.
