Prior to entering the application site, we recommend that you complete the following requirements:
- Prepare a NIH-style biosketch to be uploaded in the application
- Prepare a personal statement describing your reasons for seeking education/training in Health Disparities to be uploaded in the application
- Request a letter of Support from your departmental Chair to be uploaded in the application
- Register into the National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN).
