              • This is a student-friendly conference and we would love to hear about your work
              • We will also consider abstracts on unfinished projects or projects that are in the data collection phase

      • December 1, 2022 – Submission opens for all abstracts
      • February 1, 2023, 11:59 pm CST – Deadline for submission to the Promising Scientist* Award (See below)
      • February 20, 2023, 11:59 pm CST – Deadline for submission to the Oral and Poster Awards
      • March 1, 2023 – Notification of presentation
  • Abstract Awards

      • Oral & Poster Presentation Awards
          • Sponsored by Bertec, Kinatrax, Qualisys, and XSENSOR
          • When submitting your abstract, you will be asked whether or not you’d like to be considered for an award
          • Submissions are due February 20, 2023, 11:59 pm CST
      • Promising Scientist* Award
          • Sponsored by Theia Markerless
          • Open to post-baccalaureate students
          • The top three abstracts will be selected to present in a special session at the conference
          • Abstracts not selected will be placed in the other presentation sessions and judged for the other awards
          • In addition to your abstract, please provide a:
              • 250-word statement regarding the impact and significance of your work
              • two-page CV (NSF format)
          • Submit all documents (abstract, statement, and CV) in one PDF file, no larger than 10 MB
          • Submissions are due February 1, 2023, 11:59 pm CST
