Dear Conference Attendees,
Due to the concerns surrounding the spread of COVID-19 and recent travel policy changes at many Texas universities, it is with regret that we must cancel the SCASB regional conference on March 27th-28th. This decision was not taken lightly, but we must take into account the safety of all those registered to attend.
It is our hope that we can re-schedule the conference for fall 2020. More information regarding this re-schedule will be available over the next few months. We will post these updates on our website and keep you informed through email.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but we believe it is our responsibility to adhere to the social distancing necessary to slow down the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Thank you for your support and understanding,
