The Human Movement Performance Lab is actively recruiting participants for the following studies


Healthy Volunteers Needed! Researchers at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (TCOM), in the Department of Family Medicine, need your help in testing the safety of a new vibration device designed to increase neuromuscular function. You may be eligible to participate! You are eligible to participate if you have: No numbness or tingling of arms or legs at the time of testing No history of stroke, muscular dystrophy, or cerebral palsy No history of traumatic brain injury No history of multiple sclerosis No history of tears in the upper arm or upper leg muscles The study will involve measuring muscle activity and force testing, before and after testing with the vibration device. The device will be tested on each of your upper arms and upper legs. The entire visit will take no more than four hours.
