PCR & Real-time PCR

The EAD-552 Discovery Center has available a PCR cabinet and crosslinker to facilitate PCR reaction setup in a DNA/RNA free environment.

To amplify your targets, both an Eppendorf Mastercycler Gradient and an BioRad MiniOpticon Real-Time PCR system are also available in EAD-552 for your conventional and quantitative/real-time PCR needs.
