Information for Presenters

RAD 2024 acceptance notifications have been sent (via email) to the abstract submitters on February 14, 2024.  Lewis Library will be hosting Poster Design Lunch & Learn sessions in February, visit https://unthsc.edu/prep-sessions to see the schedule and register.

Presentation File Requirements

Presentation files can be uploaded between February 27, 2024 and March 19, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CST.

Competition Posters

  • Poster (required):Poster file format is PDF; file size cannot exceed 500MB. Poster templates are available from the Office of Marketing & Communication.
  • Video (required):Video file format is MP4; recommended length is 5 minutes; file size cannot exceed 500MB. There can only be one presenter per video.

Oral Presentations

Oral presenters will receive information from School of Biomedical Science (SBS) regarding scheduling and Zoom connection details. Contact Dr. Rance Berg (Rance.Berg@unthsc.edu) for details about SBS oral presentations.

Non-Competition Posters
