Enrollment Status & Verifications

Enrollment Verification Documentation

The Office of the Registrar can provide documentation of enrollment, term dates, and enrollment status (full-time, half-time). You can fill out the enrollment verification form and return it to our office or send an email to registrar@unthsc.edu from your university assigned email account to request documentation. If you have loan deferment paperwork that you need our office to complete, please submit that with the enrollment verification form.

Note: We can only verify enrollment after the census date and cannot verify enrollment for future semesters. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.
