Enrollment Verification Documentation
The Office of the Registrar can provide documentation of enrollment, term dates, and enrollment status (full-time, half-time). You can fill out the enrollment verification form and return it to our office or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from your university assigned email account to request documentation. If you have loan deferment paperwork that you need our office to complete, please submit that with the enrollment verification form.

Enrollment Status – Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences
All students in the School of Health Professions, School of Pharmacy, and Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine are enrolled full time each semester. If special circumstances require that a student in one of these programs is not enrolled full time, that student will be notified by their specific program and/or the Office of the Registrar.
