SaferCare Texas was founded as a response to the national challenge to improve patient safety and is dedicated to improving the quality and safety of health care in Texas and throughout the nation.
INCEDO is the accredited office of continuing education that uses outcomes to collaboratively develop and deliver interprofessional education that advances the health of the community.
The purpose of Interprofessional Education is to prepare health professions students for Interprofessional Practice by teaching collaborative practice competencies within the context of Interprofessional Teams.
The HSC Simulation Center serves all HSC students by providing a safe environment for gaining confidence with new skills, challenging critical thinking and decision making, and practicing communication and teamwork skills.
HSC Center for Innovative Learning builds communities, connections, and partnerships across campus. The team works closely with internal partners to advance and measure student success, provide creative and intuitive learning design, and share innovative practices to better understand the impact of technology on teaching.
