Facilities Management is the University of North Texas Health Science Center’s resource for maintenance, operations, custodial services, remodeling, renovation and new construction. FMS is comprised of construction management & design services, custodial management, facilities management, utility & energy management and office of sustainability. 

• The Gibson D. Lewis Library renovations continue with the next phase. Stay updated at library.unthsc.edu/reno.

• The Danny Jensen Memorial construction has begun in the Library Courtyard, and a fence has gone up around the site that will affect pedestrian traffic.  Traffic will be rerouted around the courtyard accordingly.
