North Texas Life Science Research Symposium Nov. 3

Representatives from UNT (Denton), TCU, Texas Wesleyan, Texas Woman’s University, Texas A&M Commerce, UTA and Dallas Baptist University will meet on the UNT Health Science Center campus Nov. 3 for the North Texas Life Science Research Symposium.

More than 75 college students have already registered for the event, which includes a research poster competition, a student panel lunch session on future careers in biomedical science and health care, and a campus tour and demonstration in the UNTHSC anatomy lab. Students from Arlington Heights High School can compete in a science fair and see a laboratory demonstration by UNTHSC graduate students.
