ESPINOSA NAMED TOP MASTER’S STUDENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AT UNT HEALTH SCIENCE CENTER
Isabel Espinosa, MPH, was named the outstanding master of public health student in environmental and occupational health at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.
Espinosa is a native of Houston and currently resides in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University, holding a bachelor of science degree in microbiology. She earned a master of public health degree during the recent spring commencement ceremonies. Espinosa is currently serving as an environmental health officer in the U.S. Public Health Service. She is currently working with Indian Health Service.
Espinosa received the award at the School of Public Healthâ??s annual awards banquet on May 6.
