Education at JPS Menopause Clinic

With the recent opening of the Menopause Clinic within the JPS Health Network, an educational grant marshaled the distinctive powers of three organizations to develop menopause-specific education for incoming resident physicians.

The University of North Texas Health Science Center, JPS Health Network, and Paradigm Education Solutions supplied interprofessional teams to tackle this project. Through an iterative—and competitive—process, they narrowed identified gaps, improving the quality of education on this important aspect of women’s health. Using flipped classroom education designed by a subject matter expert, a half-day design thinking workshop, and group meetings, the four teams ideated, prototyped, tested, and implemented a product for judging. See who the judging panel crowned the design champion!
