Deshani Walton
Deshani Walton is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter for the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. As a collaborative partner, she will consult with hiring managers to understand business needs, build effective candidate pipelines, and facilitate the selection process for a variety of positions.
With over 20 years of experience in Staffing and Client Operations, Walton is known for her strategic approach to workforce management, client relationship management, optimizing talent acquisition processes and developing program management best practices. From talent sourcing and vendor management to performance analytics and process improvement, Walton leverages her expertise in HR operations, staffing and supplier optimization to deliver customized strategies that meet the unique needs of her clients. She has established herself as a trusted leader known for her ability to drive efficiency, enhance client relationships, and streamline operations for optimal performance.
Walton possesses the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure seamless collaboration between clients and suppliers to achieve organizational goals. Prior to joining HSC in February 2024, Walton was a Sr. Talent Supply Chain Consultant for Kelly Services. Over the course of 11 years at Kelly Services, Walton held multiple leadership roles and effectively managed operations across local and state territories. She has completed several advance training programs, resulting in certifications that validate her skill sets and professional development.
Walton earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management at LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas.
