Official transcript(s) from every college/university attended

  • Please note, all transcripts are required. If you took one course at a community college or participated in a study abroad opportunity, we will need a transcript from the college where you completed the class.
  • If you are still enrolled in classes, please request a transcript from your current institution after grades for the fall semester post to your record. We will also need to see your Spring registration (if you are enrolled for Spring)
  • If you attended a college/university outside the U.S. you must submit an official WES course-by-course evaluation as well as the official transcript. WES has an option where they will send us your transcript along with their evaluation, in that case you don’t have to send us an additional transcript on your own.

2 Letters of recommendation

  • Applicants will share the name and email of recommenders in the PostbacCAS portal. Recommenders will complete an online process and return a letter directly to the PostbacCAS system.
  • Letters must be on letterhead and signed.
  • A letter of recommendation from a Health Professions Advisory Committee will meet the requirement for two letters of recommendation.

Test scores

  • Applicants for the online format ARE NOT required to submit entrance examination scores.
  • Applicants for the cohort (face-to-face on campus) format ARE required to provide entrance examination scores. A copy of your MCAT score report (including the verification code) is required. Applicants can get this from the AAMC website and upload it to their application. Those that are pursuing dental school can submit a DAT score instead of the MCAT, applicants must make clear in the online application that they are submitting a DAT with plans to attend dental school.
