HSC Sustainability and the College of Public Health are partnering with Tarrant County Education Foundation on their community artcycling project called the Giant Water Bottle Sculpture Project. Artist Willie Cole is working with TCEF and local Fort Worth schools to assemble a giant sculpture made of plastic water bottles collected here in Fort Worth. This raises awareness about plastics in our environment while providing volunteer opportunities for young people in our community. HSC hosted an event on October 27th to discuss the health impacts of plastics. Explore this page to learn more and be inspired to reduce your plastic use “for us and Earth”.
